History Recognizing the potential of IP to radically personalize television advertising, technologist and serial entrepreneur Patrick Christian founded Packet Vision in 2004. He saw a way to develop targeted addressable advertising services that are flexible, cost-efficient, and have the ability to scale, both commercially and technically, to the levels required to achieve new levels of personalization. He brought together a skilled team of engineers and marketers, and adopted an ‘internet approach’ to television advertising. In 2006 Charlie Horrell joined Packet Vision as CEO. Today the company offers a low-cost yet highly scaleable delivery platform coupled with a service-based business model, providing advertisers with a dynamic, accountable and cost-efficient platform for the delivery of television advertising campaigns over IPTV.
Location The company is headquartered in Maidenhead, on the hi-tech corridor leading into West London, and also has offices in Washington DC and Paris.
